Agreement to Terms

By using the services of FGC Florence-Graham Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and others who access or use our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

FGC Florence-Graham Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services including but not limited to driveways, patios, slabs, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, sidewalks, retaining walls, leveling, steps, pool decks, and garage floor coatings. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Services are provided in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed or if additional work is required. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with the work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period due to material costs and other factors.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a mechanic's lien on the property until payment is made in full.

Scheduling and Delays

We will make every effort to complete your project within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize disruptions.

If you need to reschedule your project, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship and materials but do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the work area. This includes ensuring pets are secured, removing obstacles, and informing us of any hazards on the property. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during the work, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Permits and Regulations

In most cases, we will obtain any necessary permits for your project. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the work complies with local zoning laws, homeowner association rules, and other regulations that may apply to your property.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
